Day1. Tsonjin Boldog & Gun Galuutai Natural Reserve
Day2. Gorkhi-Terelj National Park

Day1. Tsonjin Boldog - Genghis Khan's Horse Statue & Gun Galuutai Natural Reserve - wild sheep
We will pick you up from your accommodation and drive to Tsonjin Boldog Resorts which is attracted by Chinggis Khaan’s Grand statue (55 km). 40 m high Genghis Khan’s Horse Statue is believed to be highest equestrian statue in the World. We will go to observation desk on the top of the horse head by elevator for seeing ponaramic view. Then visit to 2 museums, Military Armaments of Huns and Great Mongolian State.
After lunch time, we will drive to Gun Galuutain Natural Reserve (75 km). This place is special protected place of the province and protecting wild sheep Argali. We will do a small tour for looking wild sheep in the mountain and you will feel wilderness. Overnight in the nomadic family ger.
Day2. Gorkhi-Terelj National Park - Turtle Rock, Ariyabal Temple, horse ride
After breakfast time, we will drive to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park (130 km). Situated 70 km northeast of Ulaanbaatar, Gorkhi-Terelj National Park is famous for its unique granite rock formations and pristine alpine scenery, and is a popular destination for tourists based in the capital and for Mongolians on weekend trips. We will do small horse trek around Turtle Rock and go to Ariyabal Temple. Overnight in the nomadic family.
Day3. Khustai National Park - wild horses.
After breakfast time, we will drive to Khustai national park (160 km). National Park Khustai where re-introduction of the wild takhi horses (Przhevalsky's horses) has taken place since 1992. It was discovered in the late 1870s by the Russian explorer N.M. Przhevalsky. Several expeditions since 1969 have failed to find this horse, which probably crossed with half-wild domesticated horses and lost its distinct features. Specimens have been kept and bred in zoos, and Mongolia in the late 20th century attempted to reintroduce them into the wild. In the afternoon, we will be spent at leisure hiking in the surrounding mountains for looking takhi while they come to drink in the evening. Overnight in the nomadic family.
Day4. Bogd Khan National Park & back to Ulaanbaatar.
After breakfast time, we will drive to Bogd Khan National Park (130 km). Situated in the front of Ulaanbaatar city and on the bank of the Tuul River, Bogd Khan Mountain Strictly Protected Area is oldest Government officially protected place in the World and was declared a sanctuary in 1778 for protection of its great variety flora and fauna. Then we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar city (50 km) and you will transferred to your accommodation.

Why food was not included in the Budget Arrangement and is it easy to get food there?
You can buy meals from local ger guesthouses by paying only 2 or 3 usd per meal. There is plenty of food shops on the way when you are touring. You can carry your own food from UB. It is nice you eat our own breakfast and then buy meals for lunch and dinner. Meals will be basic and usually cooked Mongolian traditional or Russian styled foods. Or you can get basic free kitchen belonings from us and cook yourself.
I want to join to another group. Is it possible?
Yes it is possible, if we have a group fitted date and same tour. Check it with us. We understand people want to share cost by joining another tours. But shorter tours (under 8 -10 days) are not often possible for join-in. If there is no tour you can join, you can post your tour in our Join-In Or Build Group section for collecting some travel other travel buddies. Usually longer tours (vacation kind of) tours are available for join and you can see our Group Scheduled Tours.
